What is Colivinn?

Imagine living in a space prepared to do what you like the most and share it with people with the same concerns. Colivinn is a place for people with passion, perseverance, motivation and a desire to grow. The coexistence and union of restless people who want success and growth are key in the experience.

How much does it cost to live in Colivinn?

All our accommodations have specific rates so there is no common price. In addition, depending on your interests and needs, we can offer you a personalized rate. You just have to contact us.

What is included?

Once you become part of the Colivinn family, you will have access to the facilities of your residence, as well as the common spaces of other locations. In addition, your inner rate includes unlimited access to the activity plan, community member and of course all the expenses derived from your stay (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, TV, even Netflix) are included.

How long are the stays?

The length of our periods changes according to the season and from one community to another, but we usually have short (3-5 months), medium (6-10 months) or long (11-15 months) options available.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Of course! However, our facilities include all the necessary amenities. Check with our team first to coordinate what you bring. Storage and move-in fees may apply.

What is the layout of each community?

Big question! We have maps of all of our communities on their individual web pages. To access floor plans or schedule a virtual tour with someone from our onboarding team.

What are the quiet hours?

The weekday quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and from 12 a.m. to 9 a.m. weekends. As with any shared living scenario, the rule of thumb is to simply be respectful of others in your community and not wake or disturb them if they are trying to have a quiet night. Like other House Rules, serious or ongoing violations of the quiet hours policy constitute a breach of your agreement with Colivinn.

What kinds of events do you offer to members?

Usually there are around 6-8 events per month in each vertical. Colivinn events are a great way to meet members of your community as well as other communities. Everyone is encouraged to attend and provide feedback on the events, as this includes your access. Our communities have enjoyed a variety of different events including health and wellness classes, volunteer activities, creative courses, sports outings, and more!

Can I organize my own community event?

We would love for you to organize yours! Our events team is here to help organize the event of your dreams and can take care of everything from logistics to supplies. Please reach out to them if you have any ideas you want me to rate.

How do I report a problem in my unit or community?

You can submit a maintenance request or other tickets through the Colivinn mobile application. You will first need to download the mobile app and log in with your Colivinn username and password. Once you have installed and logged into the mobile app, you can submit new tickets through the Help section. Download the mobile for iOS here. Android users can download the app here.

What happens if someone in the community gets sick?

Fortunately, so far everyone in our communities is free of covid. We hope that through our frequent cleanings of the common areas and the smart practices our members and team have put in place, it stays that way! However, if someone does become ill, we will make sure to inform all affected members so they can make plans to limit exposure as they see fit. Since each member's journey is a little different, we will work with each member on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best possible resolution given the situation.

What steps are you taking in response to COVID-19?

We will continue to closely monitor any new updates from local agencies and officials to ensure we evolve our approach as new information becomes available.

How do I make sure my future housemates are practicing safe social distancing?

You can ask them! Once accepted, we can connect you with your future housemates who can share their internship with you. We frequently receive requests to connect with newcomers and they would appreciate the opportunity to chat.
